BytheGrace was founded in September of 2018 by Raleigh native Heather Stallings. However, it’s not where this story begins; Heather first found her love of cooking as a child alongside her Grandmother, a true southern gem, with whom she spent a lot of time with when not living in the hospital. ”Growing up in the hospital and having surguries all the time instills a sort of persistence in you. It’s hard to describe, but when everyone tells you that you won’t ever be able to do something, you find a strength that simply can’t be broken.”
Two decades, two years of Culinary School later, and only BytheGrace of God, she is taking Raleigh by storm with her NEW COMFORT FOOD TRUCK!!!!! Everything here at BytheGrace is scratch made, with LOVE as our primary ingredient. Heather creates all of our recipes by twisting southern flavors into new wondrous creations. We won’t settle for anything less.
Faith
Faith is a 1995 Freightliner ambulance. She was used as a rescue vehicle with the Sophia City Fire Department in West Virginia. She served from 1995 until 2018, coincidentally the same year BytheGrace was born.
